#927 Titan Panel not working/loading or loadable

What version of Titan Panel are you using and on what operating system?
Titan Panel 5.2.0.50400 (also rolled back to 5.1.24.50400 and same error was incurred)
Windows 7 Professonal

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Log into WoW
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see Titan Panel.

I get these errors in my chat box:

Titan Error: Titan could not intialize!!!! Cleaning up...
Titan Error: --Interface\AddOns\Titan\TitanUtils.lua:1756:attempt to concatenate local 'serverName' (a nil value)

Titan Warning: --Hiding Titan bars...
Titan Warning: --Clearing Titan options...

Please attach a screenshot if you believe that will assist.
