#914 Titan Panel is not working since I installed the new patch

What version of Titan Panel are you using and on what operating system? I am using the latest version of Titan Panel, but with the new patch my Titan Panel is not showing up at all. I get an error message: Titan could not initialize properly.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tried resetting user interface
2. tried logging in and out
3. uninstalled and reinstalled the addon

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see an error message and my titan bar was not showing up.

Please attach a screenshot if you believe that will assist.

Please provide any additional information below that you feel is relevant.
