What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.titan could not initialize cleaning up
2.interface/addons/titan/titanutils.lua:1756

    I'd just updated Titan Panel.  Though the existing Titan Panel was the same version number, it still had the update button in Curse Client, so I clicked update anyway. Could this cause (or be a contributing factor to) the issue at hand?

    Running:
    Titan Panel 5.2.0.50400
    Windows 7 Ultimate
