What version of Titan Panel are you using and on what operating system?
5.1.2.5001, Windows XP SP3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.load a setup (manage -> server -> toon -> load)
2.go into instance, or relog
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Titanpannel holding the placement of active items. Instead it reverts it back to all on left and takes away any 2nd bar and items in it.

Please attach a screenshot if you believe that will assist.
Please provide any additional information below that you feel is relevant.

    I have the same issue, but to add to the OP's comments, it doesn't appear to be a "default" profile for me.  I usually mirror the layout of my main on all alt characters.  However, there were several I had not logged onto since rebuilding my PC and prior to the new patch.  Any of those that I had logged onto and fixed prior to the patch are still fine.  Those that I had not yet updated keep reverting back to whatever they were prior to the patch.  It appears that it simply is not saving any changes you make to that character's profile.

    Twice actually - once before logging into WoW. Then log in, make a change, then reload or log out and send that version as well.
    Please tell us what character you are using and at least one change you made that did not stick.

    Thanks dem - that info may help recreate the issue.

    By the way you can use the global profile feature to easily use one profile for all your characters.

    I can add some to this, perhaps giving more insight into the problem.

    I loaded another character's profile, made changes (added newly downloaded addon), relogged, saw the old profile again, loaded that other character's profile... and saw the newly added addon exactly where I'd put it.

    Looks like the data got saved alright, but was saved in the loaded profile and not in the profile of this character and/or this character's active profile was reset.

    This also, as an aside, makes me realize the ambiguity in the action 'Load' you use for profiles: is that 'Copy' or 'Use this profile on this character'? More generally speaking the profile system has always been rather vague for me to understand... and I'm a computer scientist who writes addons himself.

    Character used was Beastwhisper.
    I made a copy of the file, then I logged in, and loaded the profile for Ursalon (my main).  The UI updated to match Urs's, then I logged out and made another copy of the file.  When I logged back in, the UI was reset again.

    Okay, I tried making some manual changes instead of just loading my main's profile.  The manual changes appear to have held.  It's just when I try to load another character's profile that the changes are not retained.

    Loading a saved profile. Manage--> custom-->Load
    Reloading UI forces the default back. Relogging forces default. Nothing will save the panel change.
