What version of Titan Panel are you using and on what operating system? 5.0.11.40300
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.i cant select any of the options to configure
2.all my bottom action bars are blocked untill i right click then the titan config appears
3.but none of the items are selectable
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It is a known issue on a new / clean install of Titan. See issue 745 if you are interested. There is a fix at comment 26 (I believe) or you can wait until the actual release. The release should happen in the next few days.
