#787 No Longer have top bar, Bottom Bar not seen but blocking bottom row of button from being clicked.

What version of Titan Panel are you using and on what operating system?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Reloading the UI
2. Did Uninstall and reinstall of Titan same issue
3. Used ACP to unload all other adons same issue

When I click on Interface> Addon > Titan Panel > Top Bars > Show Bar
And any "Show Bar" works, I then have use of the bottom row of buttons

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Seeing titan panel at the top.
Not seeing any Titan Panel at all.

Please attach a screenshot if you believe that will assist.
Please provide any additional information below that you feel is relevant.

Titan -reset
Gives the Dialog box but nothing happens when clicking <Accept>
Cancel and "reload" still has the same issue.

Downloaded and Installed 5.0.10.40300 and it is working again. :)
Note OS is windows 7.

This a known issue on new / clean install - see issue 745 if interested. There should be a fix out shortly .
