What version of Titan Panel are you using and on what operating system?
5.0.11.40300 Windows 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Titan Panel was installed via Curse Client on a clean system and a new game installation.
2. Titan Panel erred. I uninstalled via Curse Client and reinstalled.
3. Titan Panel erred again. I uninstalled via Curse Client and reinstalled via wowinterface. Titan Panel erred again.
4. I removed the files thru windows explorer. Did a WoW repair and was told there are no WoW errors to repair.
5. I reinstalled Titan Panel via Curse Client.
6. I disabled all of my add ons with the exception of Titan Panel, Currency, Guild and Repair. Got the same results and the error message which I have posted below.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Top bar does not appear. Configuration boxes to prompt display of bars are not functional.
Bottom right game bar is not functional.
Can only right click on the buttons which brings up the Titan Panel config pop up window. Cannot exit game or log off of character. Have to control alt delete out because X button hangs up 90% of the time. I did find that sometimes clicking on Configure in the Titan Panel pop up box and then clicking on OK SOMETIMES activates the game interface/options box so that I can log off of the character, go into addons and make changes.

Older versions installed on a 2nd desk top and a laptop are running fine. No error messages upon login.
