What version of Titan Panel are you using and on what operating system?

Titan Panel version 5.0.11.40300
OS Windows 7 Home Premium

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Unsure. All I did was go into the Darkmoon Island area and suddenly the addon glitched. This has never happened before.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Sometimes I click on things on my hotbar to use them. Suddenly I wasn't able to. I looked up, and Titan Panel was missing from my screen. I pulled up the Interface options, tried to select options so that I could see the Titan Panel bars, and they would not respond at all. Like I said, this has never happened before, as I wander around Darkmoon Island on many characters and this glitch just happened on my Unholy Death Knight tonight. Relogging and reloading the UI would not solve this problem.

Please attach a screenshot if you believe that will assist.
Please provide any additional information below that you feel is relevant.

As you can see in the attached screenshots, I could right click in the areas where the bars SHOULD be, and only get the small option list. I couldn't even check boxes to enable changes.

I will combine this with another issue.
This can occur when Titan crashes during its startup. Only we (Titan dev) should ever see this - I apologize. There was some scenario our testing missed obviously.
If Titan is still in this state would you please send the Titan saved variables file (<WoW>/wtf/<account>/SavedVariables/Titan.lua) to urnati gmail?

Others have gone back to 5.0.9 until this issue is fixed. Again my apologies.
