#753 bar doesn't display. can right click where it should be for options

folders are in correct location, but can't see the bar or configure it using the interface menu or right clicking the bar bar where it's supposed to be.(But do get the menu and nothing is clickable) When titan bar is loaded the main action bar does not work either unless I disable titan.

What version of Titan Panel are you using and on what operating system?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. loading titan panel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing. Unless I right click where it should be. I get the option menu that doesn't work .

New World of Warcraft install on win 7.
