#747 Titan Panel not appearing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Uninstalled Titan through Curse
2. Reinstalled Titan Panel through Curse

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Titan Panel appearing at the top of my World of Warcraft game screen. I see nothing

I have recently upgraded my Titan Panel through Curse client. Before the upgrade, the Titan Panel appeared with no problems, since the upgrade the Titan Panel does not appear.

It does however allow me (upon right clicking the screen) to select some options and even open the configuration screen. Once I am in the configuration screen it does not accept my selection of option (by putting a tick in the appropriate boxes), they just stay blank.

I have removed the Titan Panel and all other Titan related addons, I have reinstalled the Titan Panel (alone), still with the same outcome as before (no panel). I have done this a number of times and restarted WOW on each occasion and still no panel.

It's an issue with the most recent version.  I installed 5.0.9 and it works fine (with all addons)

I believe these have the same root cause so they were grouped together. Would you please send the Titan saved variables file (<WoW>/wtf/<account>/SavedVariables/Titan.lua) to urnati gmail?
Log in to a character with Titan 5.0.11 then log out (or exit WoW) then send the file.

If you have 'Display Lua Errors' unchecked would you please check it? (Game Menu -> Interface -> Game tab -> Help options). Log out then back in and let me know what the error is.
I suspect it will be one associated with issue 745: either error from TitanVariable at line 1060 or from TitanPanel at line 1061.

I am having same issue the panel is not displaying and also it is causing issues with use of the wow action/task bar for interface changes. logging out, looking at character, talents etc.
