#731 options not responding

What version of Titan Panel are you using and on what operating system?
5.0.10.40300 on win7

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was trying to move the text of the top bar to the center like i had it before the patch.  So I checked the box for centered text but it didn't respond.  Then I checked the center text in all the boxes just to see and it did not center any of my text.

Please attach a screenshot if you believe that will assist.
Please provide any additional information below that you feel is relevant.

Not a huge deal in reality but thought you should know about the error.

Does this happen if only Titan is installed?

If you are willing to try something please show the top bar with at least one addon on it. Then type (or copy / paste) the below into chat:

/script TitanPanelSetVar("Bar_Align", TITAN_PANEL_BUTTONS_ALIGN_CENTER)

Then do a reload (or logout and log back in). The text should be centered. Please let us know if it is centered or not.

Also - is this like issue 710? We have had reports of a similiar issue were the defaults seem reset after a Titan update and the text does not move.
