What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click Bag Info Button to open bags and then click again to close all bags but bags will not close!

I use to be able to click the button to open all bags and then click again to close all bags. Now it will not close all bags!

It appears to be a change in the FrameXML/ContainerFrame.lua
The original OpenAllBags()
is now replaced with ToggleAllBags()

I fixed this for 5.0.4 which is scheduled for release on Saturday. Thanks for the heads-up Docc. It saved me a lot of time. A commodity I am in short supply of lately.
