What version of Titan Panel are you using and on what operating system?
Windows Vista, 5.0.1.40000 [r485]
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a GM ticket in-game
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to lower the buff and debuff (default UI) icons. Instead, the debuff icon is lowered and the buff icons stay the same, so they're covered by the box indicating your open ticket.
This does not happen when Titan Panel is disabled.
Please attach a screenshot if you believe that will assist.
