What version of Titan Panel are you using and on what operating system?
5.0.1.40000

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Im not sure if this is a deliberate function of Tiatn Panel now, but I thought I better report it incase it is not.
I could not enable any plugins for the Aux Bar, if I had the main bar disabled. Everytime I clicked on the dropdown menu to chose what bar to display it on, the Aux Bar was listed but when I clicked on it nothing happened. I had to enable the main bar, click on Display Plugin, it would automatically apply it to the main bar, then I could move it using the dropdown menu to Aux Bar. When I had positioned all the plugins to my liking I could then disable the main bar again.

It was semi intentional although I can see it is rather annoying if you do not use the main bar.
Enabling a flexible fix could be tricky though.
