What version of Titan Panel are you using and on what operating system?

World Map minimap button clickable area is now off of the button.
Can only click on a very small line across the bottom of the frame of the World Map minimap button, but nowhere on the button itself except for the very first time you click it after installing Titan.

Complete delete of AddOns folder, only thing added to it is this new Titan, no other addons.
Titan config: Show Bar - main bar, but don't show main bar 2.
Disable Screen Adjust or Minimap Adjust are both unchecked.

Titan config; uncheck Show Bar main bar, and button is fine.
or, check Show Bar main bar 2, and full button is clickable again.
Show only main bar 1, and it's a problem.

Show either Aux bar, full button works.
disable show both Aux bars, problem again.

Check Disable Screen Adjust under the Aux bars, and full button works, even without showing either Aux bar.  However, leave this checked and button is working fine, logout of wow and right back in, and button is problem again.

This info first posted on Curse.
M_Nyte_Templar  replied that he was able to duplicate this, and requested I post it here.
