What version of Titan Panel are you using and on what operating system?
5.0.0.40000

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Disable Aux bar 2, and Main bars 1 and 2
2.Attempt to click and drag to move the camera around in the areas where the bars would normally be if they were enabled.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to be able to move the camera, but there are ghost frames in the spot where I am clicking (Titan_Bar__Hider_Bar, Titan_Bar__Display_Bar, Titan_Bar__Display_Bar2, Titan_Bar__Hider_AuxBar2, Titan_Bar__Hider_Bar2)
There is also a fuzzy edge along the top of the screen where all of these frames are. Attempting to click off buffs underneath the frames gives an error:

1x Titan-5.0.0.40000\TitanUtils.lua:1093: attempt to index field '?' (a nil value)
Titan-5.0.0.40000\TitanPanel.lua:1766: in function `TitanPanelBarButton_OnClick'
Titan-5.0.0.40000\TitanPanel.lua:1592: in function <Titan\TitanPanel.lua:1592>

Locals:
self = Titan_Bar__Hider_Bar {
0 = <userdata>
}
button = "RightButton"
bar = "Titan_Bar__Hider_Bar"
