What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Reduce button spacing
2.  Center text
3.  Increase button spacing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
User expects plugins right of center to move right, those left of center to move left.  But the shift is to the left only.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

I confirmed this.

I started with 6 plugins, Center Text, and the lowest (sliders far left) UI Scale, TP Scale, and Button Spacing.  The plugins are centered on the bar.

When I increase the UI Scale only, the plugins remain centered throughout (as the size increases, the plugins spread out from the center).

When I increase the TP Scale instead (do this slowly), the plugins right-of-center move LEFT instead of right, then at a certain point they jump to their original position (this happens 4 times, I think).  But the right-of-center plugins never adjust as far as the left-of-center plugins do, so the plugins are no longer centered on the bar.

When I increase Button Spacing instead, spacing increases only to the left; right-of-center move LEFT instead of right.  So any increase of Button Spacing results in the plugins no longer being centered.

When I use a variety of scales and spacing, there seem to be a wall that the right-most left-side plugin won't pass, even if I have NO right-side plugins displayed.  Consequently, I cannot center the plugins.

Finally, a couple of users asked if right-side plugins could be included in the centering process.
