What version of Titan Panel are you using and on what operating system?

TitanPanel 4.3.9.40000 on Windows XP

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable TitanPanel and log in.
2. Apply a buff -- specifically a weapon buff such as shaman's Windfury or a rogue's poisons.
3. Watch in awe as the whole buff bar sits on top of the minimap.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Buff bar should be shifted left of the minimap as it would be without TitanPanel enabled. Note that a /reload will correct the issue.

Please attach a screenshot if you believe that will assist.
Please provide any additional information below that you feel is relevant.

Other addons are normally in use, but this issue occurs even if TitanPanel is the only addon. Refreshing an existing weapon buff will not shift the bar to the right (over the minimap), the issue presents itself only when a new buff is applied.

This is looking like a Blizzard bug.  We've brought it to their attention.  The offset is hard-coded within the hooked routine so it's impossible for us to move the ConsolidatedBuffsFrame.  We'll leave this open as the investigation continues.

Evidently, this hasn't been hot-fixed.  I'm not sure why but I cannot see this problem so I'm going to have to punt it to our other programmer and assign it to him.

Happening to me as well altough in a slightly different way. Here's a pic. It's pretty random. Sometimes I make it work again by turning on and off the "Disable minimap adjustment" option. Sometimes it seems to depend on my Shaman weapon enhancement. When it's up it goes over the minimap, if I cancel it everything seem to be working appearently.
All in all it seems pretty random to me.
