What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Every time i exit a vehicle DURING combat (or when my vehicle/mount
dies/is destroyed), the UI doesn't swap with the regular character action
bars, rendering myself helpless.

Also, forgot to mention: as you can see on the screenshots, i use a single top panel. I
tried disabling bottom one, restarting the game, and using only top panel, and... it
worked! Everything worked as intended.. for 1 session only. On next logon the issue
returned and never dissapeared again. Also, as some1 mentioned in his comment on
curse.com, i think this issue is somehow related to Xpearl addon. I get no errors from
any of my addons by the way, but i managed to narrow it to these 2 addons, and i don't
want to disable any of them. Disabling Xpearl was helpful for 1 session, too, if i
remember well.

I've only seen this once over the past six months and it was resolved by a "/console reloadui". Can you please provide a list of your addons? I think something is conflicting. Does this happen after every vehicle exit?

Thank you. I think I may have found a guildie that can reproduce this after each VehicleExit(). If so, I'll be able to track it down. It happened to me again a few days ago in ICC 10-man after I was booted out of a cannon during the airship event. I'm still not 100% certain it's Titan Panel as I've been running TP for years with, as mentioned before, this happening on rare occasions.

1)This happen on Malygos encounter, when we must mount drakes in third phase of combat(No combat buttons for drake apear), or if You die while third phase of fight.
2)This happen very often in Oculus, if I leave drake while tank BEGIN combat already. 3)This happen in ICC (10 and 25 ppl)during the airship event (as You wrote early).
May be this will help You to reproduce this issue.

I get this same issue. I've encountered it in the following scenarios:
1. Exiting cannons in Gunship battle in ICC
2. Getting off dragons in Occulus
3. Getting off jousting mount in Trial of the Crusader
I can't confirm whether it is specificly related to exiting a 'vehicle' when I'm in combat or not... but I'm not convinced it's a factor.

I was contacted my someone who is seeing this as well but isn't running Titan Panel. They are running Armory, Accountant, Pallypower, The collector, DBM & Outfitter so I'm now leaning towards a Blizzard UI problem or perhaps something related to Armory or DBM. That's the only common addons at this point as I have the problem as well but don't run any of the above except Armory and DBM. I'm going to query my guildie that has this happen all the time and see if he's running Armory and/or DBM as well but it doesn't appear to be specific to Titan Panel.

Hm.. since DMB is the only common addon for me.. i don't know what to say. Unfortunately i can't run WoW atm to test anything. I also think that it may be some "wrong" addon combo which causes the problem. Anyway i can only say thanks to you for working on that problem even when it seems it's not Titan related. Good luck! :)

I'm getting this issue too, getting into a vehicle my action bar doesn't change, not sure if its this or OmniCC tho that works on other frame while in combat without any issue.
