What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The window that allows you to select the number of coins appears under the 2nd top Titan bar.

I don't understand the problem with this. At the moment the coin pickup frame is
programmed to appear under the Gold Tracker button (wherever that may reside on the
bars). Titan Money used to work in the exact same way.

Where should it appear ? Is the Gold Tracker button on the bottom bar and the coin
pick up frame appear on top ? (highly unlikely imo since I've tested it personally).

Can you attach a screenshot showing why this is an issue ?

changes in Gold Tracker prevent it from properly interacting with the UI, when run
simultaneously with Titan Money (hence the Revision History notes, explicitly mention
that Titan Money should either be disabled or deleted).

    To duplicate:

    1. From the Titan Panel Options menu, select Double Bar and Both on Top.  I'm at
work without access to WoW; I think that is what the options are named.

    2. Place Gold Tracker on the uppermost bar.

    3. Display the tooltip.  Notice it appears below the Gold Tracker button and on top
of the 2nd Titan bar (it covers the 2nd bar).

    4. Display the Gold Tracker options menu. Notice it also appears below the Gold
Tracker button and on top of the 2nd Titan bar (it covers the 2nd bar).

    5. Now click a coin to display the coin pickup frame.  Notice it appears below the
Gold Tracker button (like the other frames) but, unlike the other frames, UNDERNEATH
the 2nd Titan bar (it is partially covered by the 2nd Titan bar).

    Additional items:

    1. I do not have Titan Money installed, and have not used Titan Money since I
discovered Gold Tracker.  I delete the standalone Titan Money folder and the Titan
Money folder in the Titan folder before I drag a new version of Titan Panel it to my
    Addons folder.

    2. I'm at work now.  When I get home, I can send a screenshot if you still need it.

    5. Yes that is an issue indeed (Titan Money had the exact same problem) that I've
been working for 2 days to resolve, but it cannot be resolved, considering how the
TiTan Panel frames work at the moment, without seriously breaking compatibility. The
best I can do is display the coin pickup frame just below the 2nd double-bar when
Gold Tracker is placed on the first double-bar, however when Gold Tracker is going to
be placed on the second double-bar (or someone just decides to use one top bar), the
frame is going to be a bit below the panel.

If anyone else is up to try to resolve this, feel free to play around with
    TitanGoldTracker.lua - TitanGoldTracker_OpenCoinPickupFrame function.

Fixed in [r89]. The coin frame should now stay on top of the bar. No placement
    should be required.
