#1391 Updates per second maybe too high, causes fps loss

Hi. I hope that you are not sending too many requests to update information on the titan panels. I also hope there was way to alter this based on users input number. Once in 4-10 seconds is enough at some addons that are tracked like Currency, honor, location or other low level info. Profession skill should only start making requests once it notices skill level to raise once in 20-120 seconds. Some modules could have info in interface options how often they update and some modules could have interval to change how often they update. That kind of update would be welcome. Actually, Im not sure if addons are defaultly updated by the warcraft engine itself to "refresh" so Im not sure if my suggestion is completely vague garbage nonsense babbling without the voice of reason based on factual numbers how warcraft engine actually works.

But how I feel is that the real problem might be Peformance monitor. There is no correct way to make it show some of the stuff like CPU tracking. And I dont know how often it tries to update the information. It might cause fps loss but there is error that the CPU monitor feature doesnt show things at all for some reason or another. But this is different matter that requires its own support suggestion ticket for addon of its own.

I dont know how often titanpanel itself triest to update once its in the ui. Why Im saying this is because when I have installed it on Retail wow, it somehow feels like my game would have tiny microstutter. Im not sure why that is. I dont know if it updates too often. I hope to see your addon get better in future. I know I have way too old computer (2011 processor i7 2600k and 16gb with gtx 1660ti 6gb) but would like to continue to use your addon in future. Im just afraid Im losing 1/4th or 1/5th of FPS when ever titan panel is on due to some plugin thats enabled or because of the reason how its hooked to UI area. For some reason "show fps" thing moved to behind ingame menu when titanpanel is enabled in addons.

Hi- Thank you for the suggestions.
We have been moving Titan to events whenever it makes sense to avoid exactly what you see.
And changing plugins to not use resources if the user does not use them.

A couple addons use timers. I believe Performance uses 'update' which is essentially FPS. So I can understand if you see stutter on an older machine.

II have some thoughts that may benefit your system :).
Would you be willing to work with me on this? First I want to understand exactly the issues you see.
Then especially testing changes before releasing?
