With some of my characters Titan Panel will work but with most others it doesn't. I have deleted Titan Panel and reinstalled it and it still won't work?? HELP please.

Your saved variables file which holds values per character could be corrupt. Try a
/titan reset
which should reset Titan back to defaults.
Or you could delete the Titan saved variables file : ../World of Warcraft/retail/WTF/<account>/SavedVariables/Titan.lua and Titan.lua.bak</account>
