After the latest update titan panel bar keeps dissapearing after pet battle, reloading shows again.

    same here.
    my Workaround; save my Settings to a profile and use a a macro like this

    /titan profile use PROFILENAME SERVERNAME

    so i don't need to /reload all the time.

    The same happens to me. My workaround is to open the interface pannel, deselect the bar, and reselect it.
