#1022 Problem with starting Titan Panel - 'TitanAll' (a nil value)

Never had problem with Titan Panel before until now, i have fresh windows 8.1. Pro 64bit intalled and World Of Warcraft (downloaded and installed) then i installed Curse Client so i can download some addons, first on the list is Titan Panel as always. When i start the game i get:

i tried disabling all other addons but it still gives me the same msg.

Don't know what is causing the problem.

I have begun looking into this and have a possible solution that will be tested this evening.
