First of all we have used a CVS version about 6 months old. We are not synced 
with the "official" CVS, but we are working on it.

Apart the video patches we have added DTMF receiving and transmitting 
capabilities, some bug fixes and reading audio (and video) from file or a 
blocking device. I've added AMR (nb and wb) optional support via ffmpeg 
library or "native". The ffmpeg library support is optional and dynamically 
linked. We have added in Makefile some rule to use "ctypes" export utility to  
use iaxclient library under Python. There are some other things that we've 
added and that I'm forgetting...
