[Tipicforge-devel] how can I build vtestcall

Every body,I'm a newbie of iaxclient of tipicforge.I have build the 
Iaxclient_lib and get a iaxclient.lib file.The next step is build 
vtestcall.But I try vc.net , python ,Cygwin+mingW.
I can't build vtestcall.How can I build it.
Any help? Thanks.
