#24 Failed to register in SIP server with an ? the full name

Server returned 400 Bad request on registration with
address erik.zetterstrom@lulea.omnitor.se and full name
Erik Zetterström.
When changing the ö to an o in the full name everyhing
works fine.

I tried to write an Å (Swedish AA) in the outbound proxy
and then the XML file could not be read at all.

MEASURE:
Deny user to write swedish characters in SIP settings (or
in settings at all).
