#20 Program still runs despite closed splash

When firing up SIPcon1, the splash screen will be
represented by an icon on the task bar. If we right click
that icon and choose "close", only the splash screen is
closed. The rest of the application is still running and
starting the program, which a while later will pop up on
the screen.

I think the applicaton has to shut down when choosing
close for the splash screen task bar icon.
