I is a lot more stable than the previous version, and I have
corrected numerous compiler issues raised by Mark and Steve.
I added end-to-end flow control on connections, and an optional
'unreliable mode' for SOCK_SEQPACKET and SOCK_RDM. The latter
is equivalent to SOCK_DGRAM, which I also added. (Is there any
Posix name for "unreliable SOCK_SEQPACKET ?)
With this think I am done with hacking the API and socket.c,
except for pure bug fixes. SOCK_STREAM is still not tested.
Next: Move over to Linux 2.6, and SMP.
