[Tipc-discussion] Sending to a wide name sequence is slow

Hello, 

In one experiemnt, the server listens to name instance: 0x10001a21
and the client sends to name sequence: 0x10000000 - 0x13ffffff.

It seems it takes forever for the client's sendto() to return.
Is this expected behavior ?
