[Tipc-discussion] TIPC draft for IETF

Hi all,
I just finished the first "official" draft describing TIPC for IETF.
Use this as a reference for how TIPC version 2 is supposed to
work. Of course, any viewpoints are welcome, -there will no
doubt be a version 01 within a few months.
