Hi,
We are not using versioning of TIPC anymore; it follows the Linux kernel 
version where it is embedded.
Please provide the Linux version you are using when you encounter this 
problem.

We also need to know the network/node /interface setup you are using and 
the commands you are giving to TIPC to set up TIPC.
