[tipc-discussion] No reply detected from Netlink

After upgrading from Redhat 7.7 to 7.8 (kernel 3.10.0-1127.el7.x86_64) we're getting "no reply detected from Netlink" when issuing any tipc-config command. Here's the stack trace:
