#33 TinyXML++

[RJP Computing]

Here is a wrapper around TinyXML using many of the C++
strengths. Exceptions, templates, streams, and
namespace. Please look at the helpfile and the source
code and let me know what you think.

P.S. The oly way I could attach the archive was to use
7-Zip (.7z). So to extract it you will need 7-Zip. It
