#59 Move implementation from header to cpp

Looking at the header (*.h) files in tinyxml_2_5_3.zip I can see lots of code in the header files that needs to move to the implementation files.

I also support this request. It requires some editing to turn TinyXML into a compilable standalone DLL.

I think all the template code is probably a bigger issue. I'll leave this request open for now.
