#123 wrong function name in comment

The file tinyxmlparser.cpp contains the following comment on line 40:
// Note tha "PutString" hardcodes the same list. This

Seems like "PutString" has been renamed to "EncodeString", I was unable to find a PutString function.
And additionally, there is a 't' missing.
