#7 Week rollover issue if sheet open in Excel

If the timesheet is open in Excel at the time of week rollover (Saturday night to Sunday morning in my case), entries for the end of the week are often lost. (Say Friday afternoon in my case, if I had opened the sheet in Excel on Friday.)
Suspect the secondary/temp file handling does not handle the special case when a user has opened the timesheet, and leaves it open at the rollover point.

This bug report is more intended as a note to myself to fix this some time in the future should I use Tiny Time Tracker, a most excellent program, again.
