Hi Hannes,

I added some docs to voc.TMCL (rev. 347) and deprecated some constants
(they refer to the new constant name). I am not sure if you use them
for Onotoa. If you don't use them, you can remove them (although we
have to fix the TMCLPreprocessor since it uses some deprecated
constants).

I am unsure what to do with tmcl:scope-type. I cannot find the PSI in
the current draft. I believe it is replaced with
tmcl:scope-constraint, but I am not sure since I didn't look at the
previous drafts.
