Summary: Move TinyTimMapInputHandler to the core

Initial Comment:
Move class TinyTimMapInputHandler to the "core" project. The package ".mio" should be kept.

Since the TinyTimMapInputHandler must be changed if the tinyTiM's API changes it belongs more to the core project rather than to the mio subproject. The package name should be kept. Disadvantage: We'd introduce a compile time dependency to the semagia-mio-core package. Seems to be acceptable

Incremented priority, at least the 1.5 version of tinyTiM should contain
the TinyTimMapInputHandler in the core in the next release
