String escaping is now implemented. Further, the version from
yesterday forgot to serialize variant reifiers. This is fixed as well.
Even if not stable, the serializer is now able to write any topic map
without loss of information. The algorithm to choose a topic
identifier will change, though. I converted the opera.ltm topic map
into CTM and the result looks promising.
