Hi all,

I came to the conclusion that it might be difficult to implement such
a utility which covers all needs, so I think that the copy-algorithm
should be configurable. Maybe I'd provide a builder to create a
configuration that can be passed to a TopicCopyUtility (or something
like that) and the user can decide if she wants to follow associations
and which types should be included etc.

Markus Überall provided a paper from Thomas Schwotzer that might be
helpful for implementing such a utility class based on a strategy
pattern.

Anyway since the input for this issue was low (zero) I don't assign a
high priority to this task.
