Hi all,

The tinyTiM project proudly announces the availability of a new
release of the tinyTiM Topic Maps engine.

This release implements the TMAPI 2.0 a1 interfaces.

Bugfixes:

* Bug #2315558 -- Decimal values like "9.3" are not accepted
* Bug #2353673 -- Locator.resolve returns new Locator objects
