[tinyTiM-discuss] Official release delayed again

Hi all,

I delay the official release of tinyTiM 2.0.0a4 / tinyTiM MIO 2.0.0a4
and tinyTiM MIO 1.5.0b2 again till next week since the docs are not
finished yet and I think the docs are essential, especially for the
MIO release.
