Summary: SPI for TopicMapSystems

Initial Comment:
TopicMapSystemFactoryImpl uses currently (unused) hard-coded class names for TopicMapSystems != MemoryTopicMapSystem.

Define a tinyTiM-specific SPI to discover TopicMapSystem implementations dynamically, maybe remove the hard-coded feature infos as well.
