Not yet in the SVN. The results look promising so far. From 160 tests
tinyTiM 2.0 passes 152 successfully. The 8 tests which fail are
DatatypeAware tests. The LiteralIndex is not implemented yet.

Anyway, I am happy with tinyTiM 2.0: A lot of hacks (i.e. internal
interfaces) and ugly code goes away. Some may think that a lot of ugly
code is still there, though. ;)
