#42 Check if it is possible to implement the Ontopia interfaces

Now that Ontopia has become open source it may be possible to implement the net.ontopia.topicmaps.core API together with the TMAPI API.

Check if it is possible that all constructs implement org.tmapi.core and net.ontopia.topicmaps.core.
