[Tinytag-devel] Walnut in cvs

I have created a Walnut_1_0_branch in cvs for tracking this release. This is 
branched from the beta 3 tag. 

The CVS trunk already contains one incompatible change. I suggest anyone 
needing stability switches to that branch.
