#2 Doesn't work in CDT

Printing is a sorely-needed feature in Eclipse and I can't believe it wasn't there from the start !

That said, good work ! But it doesn't appear to work for files in the Project Explorer, or files currently open for editing, when in CDT (C/C++) perspective.
