Now that your installation media is ready
- Whether CD/DVD, USB, or .iso for VM
CD/DVD or USB installation for VM installation
- Upon startup you will be prompted by the boot menu.
- The boot menu has two options: Live or with installer.

- For installations regardless of your media you want to select the second option - "bood TinyPaw with installer".

- Now TinyPaw-Linux will continue to boot into LIVE mode with the installer extension enabled.
- Notice the installer icon on your wbar as enlarged in the below picture.
- Same process to those who are familiar with the Tiny Core Linux installation process.

- Click the installer icon and you will see the extension GUI prompting you to input a path to "core.gz".
- This input field will already be filled in with the following - "(mnt/sr0/boot/core.gz) - DO NOT CHANGE THIS .
- Next you are given the choice for the type of installation you want: "Frugal" , "HDD-USB" , "USB-ZIP" - Frugal install is default.
- Below that you have a device list window asking "Select disk for core" - in the following picture you will see that I have "sda" selected, this is because I am using virtualization for this demonstration - hard disk/media install will give you listed "sdb" mounted disks/devices.
- Once you have selected you disk/device click on the right arrow button to continue.

- Now you will be prompted for "formatting options" and the ext4 option is the default.
- You may leave ext4 selected and click on the right arrow button to continue.

- After selecting your formatting option you will be prompted to add additional boot options for your installation.
- Boot options may include specific wait times for older hardware, or specifying an alternate mydata backup to use instead.
- Any system boot options should not be altered or modified unless you know what you're doing, for a default install none are necessary.
- Once you are finished adding or not adding additional boot options click the right arrow button to continue.

- Now you will be prompted for "extension installation".
- The TinyPaw-Linux extensions are critical for functionality so please DO NOT CHANGE THIS .
- The option "Install extensions from this TCE/CDE directory" should be cheked and is by default.
- The directory input field should read - (/mnt/sr0/cde).
- With those verified click on the right arrow button to continue.

- Finally, you will be prompted with your "installation review".
-
The text field will display the options you've chosen:
- Source: /mnt/sr0/boot/core.gz
- Type: Frugal
- Target: sda (physical disk will be sdb)
- Format: ext4
- Options: "install extensions" and additional boot options if entered
-
Once you've verified the review of your installation click proceed to continue and install.

- After your installation progress finishes you will see "Installation has completed" .
- At this time TinyPaw-Linux has successfully installed, you may close out of the installer with the "x" button in the upper right of the UI.
- Now you can either continue in LIVE mode however no changes or data will be saved or using the exit button furthest on the left of the wbar you can click and select "shutdown" or "restart" from the "tc-exit" interface closing out of your LIVE .iso and booting into your installation.
If you've installed TinyPaw-Linux to a physical removable media storage you may need to select that media from your BIOS boot menu
