#16 reset/inject/stop tools broken

the command line tools Stop.java, Inject.java, and
Reset.java no longer work since TinyDBNetwork now has a
direct connection to the serial port rather than
creating its own serial forwarder. we should perhaps
switch to the forwarder implementation, or create a
backdoor like interface for submitting these to a
running tinydb application
